Though we’ve had some gorgeous days this spring, we’ve also been having our share of April showers! When we can’t be outdoors having tunnel fun, it’s a great time to see what came in our latest Pet Treater subscription box.
This post is sponsored by Pet Treater; we were compensated in exchange for our fair and honest review. Wag ‘n Woof Pets only shares products we believe will be of interest to our readers. This might actually be our last, or next to last, Pet Treater full box review (don’t tell Luke yet!). We’ve been doing this for a while, off and on, and the truth is we have quite a collection of toys! Even though Luke tends to destroy some of the new toys, sometimes those end up being the favorites with Cricket, so they stick around. We have so many, I need to buy either a bigger or an additional toy box! We need time on the blog for some new things we’ve got going on too, and changing things up keeps things fresh.
We still love this product, and you’ll see an affiliate link in our sidebar, and we’ll still share about them from time to time. They’ve been with us through some birthdays, holidays, and lots of down time when we needed the entertainment! They are also going to send us a new offering they have to try, so stay tuned for that.
On to this month’s box, with the theme “Spring Into Action”.
Along with the always favorite Emmy’s Treat, a cute little Easter bunny cheese cookie (which Luke always shares with Cricket), we got these two bags of treats:
I immediately added these to our treat pouch for training and nose works. It’s always good to put something new in there, and the BilJac treats* are small, and the Pawmegranate strips were easily broken into small pieces. They kept the crew motivated!
We always receive two toys and wait to see which Luke will play with first. The grunting PetLou Badger was his instant favorite…..
…..that was until I gave the Crinkle Soldiers US Army dog toy* to Cricket, then he had to have that too! The cute dog soldier is made by Bow-Wow Pet, and proceeds from sales of this licensed toy provide support to US Army programs.

It’s never good when Luke takes a toy to the bedroom. That is where most toys go to get, um, eviscerated……

As always, Pet Treater includes goodies for the Momz, and I was excited about some new products to help me organize my desk (which is always a mess). These dog bookends from G! even match an organizer I already had.
The box of desk notes “from Frank”* really do make humans smile with their cute dog and cat pictures. They are definitely something I will put to good use – I am always jotting notes everywhere!
Have you tried Pet Treater yet? They put such a great group of products together, and every month is a fun theme. May’s box will be “Backyard Playtime”.
Subscriptions start at $24.99 and go down to $19.99 for a 12 month subscription, and others are available in between. The subscriptions auto renew, but you can cancel at any time. They even have a one time box for $34.99 if you want to give it a try before committing. Share a photo of your pet staying active on social media using the hashtag #pettreateractive, and your dog could be the next postcard dog of the month!
Be sure to use the discount code PT-BED for a free bed with your first order!
For every purchase of a box, Pet Treater will donate a bed, blanket, or toy to a local shelter dog or cat. You can follow them on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
The book ends are very cute! Looks like another great box.
Totally love your book ends-the color is pawsome!! And it’s super nice they include moms too. ????
With all the stuff the dogs get around here, it really is nice to get something for myself sometimes! We always laugh that a majority of the packages that come to the house are for the dogs. 🙂
Another trophy box! We have lots of rain here.
Those look super unique and tasty. I adore your new look on the website. Absolutely PAWdorable!
Thank you, Cathy! I’m excited about the new look, and I’ll be writing a little bit more about it next week.
We got very similar stuff this month! I think I was more excited about the human things than the dog things for the first time ever–they totally got me this month 🙂
I know, me too! It did look like even the toys were the same this time, which a lot of times they haven’t been.
Pet Treater is great! I’ve only gotten the one box so far – back in October – and I gave most of the stuff away, but they do include some unique items for us uprights.
We haven’t really tried a lot of different boxes, but this is the only one we’ve tried that includes something for the humans, which makes it fun.
I imagine with your girl’s tummy issues, it’s hard to be get boxes where you know the treats will be OK with them.
Always a box of fun!
Looks like Pet Treater “treats” you well!
MOL! Looks like fun but we sure won’t tell Luke!
You always get great items in your Pet Treater! Bentley and Pierre feel so unloved and suggest I order a box today!
Well, we think you should. 🙂 But we also imagine that Bentley and Pierre are probably not deprived. 🙂
Oh my gosh, there is something in there for everyone and every dog! That is a great subscription box
It really is great! They pack in so many goodies for everyone every month.
You know you’ve done something right when the puppy can’t decide which toy to play with and has to try them all out before deciding which one to “re-decorate.” 😉 I used to pet sit on a regular basis and every dog loves Bil Jac treats!
I can’t believe we’ve never had Bil Jac treats before, I guess the company has been around forever! I don’t think I knew you used to be a pet sitter, you sat for both dogs and cats? Did you have Bear then? I can’t see him putting up with you spending time with other animals. LOL
That sounds like a fun subscription!
Those lamb strips sure sound like some tasty snacks! Enjoy your box!
oh I love the fab names they have for this treats!!! and I love the army dog… I bet it is a trooper and he will stay with Luke for 87 days or more :o)
Luke has been treating the army dog with respect, so we think he will be around for a while! 🙂
