Are you a crafter/artisan or collector, or just cleaning out your house?
We sell products three ways – booth rental, consignment, and wholesale purchase. All handmade/homemade products must be made in NH or VT, with exceptions made for unique products.
Rent is month-to-month, rents start at $55 and go up to $85/month, depending on booth size and location in shop. First month’s rent and one month’s deposit are required up front. Booths are currently fully rented, but you can get on our waiting list for the next opening.
Crafters/Artisans – Split is 60%/40% (60% to you). You will price and tag your products, and I will put them in the store wherever I have space. I consider product on a case-by-case basis, as I do not want to much duplicate of what is already in the shop, and I am currently pretty full.
Collectors, etc.: All vintage/gently-used items must be in very good condition. Split is 50/50. I don’t always have space for larger items, mostly smaller furnishings, though I can sometimes take one larger piece.
Do you prefer to sell your products on a wholesale basis? I have a limited budget at this time, and most of my retail items are skin care, candles, and food related; foods must have a long shelf life.
