As I was planning this year’s Christmas card for the blog, I looked back at my past cards, and decided it would be fun to share them in a Throwback post. This will be our 5th Christmas on the blog! Here are our first four cards, and a bit about each past Christmas post (you can also click on each post title to see the original):
2012 – Merry Christmas from Wag ‘n Woof – with the blog only 4 months old at that point, this post only garnered one comment!
2013 – Home for Christmas – this will always be one of my favorite posts, since it is the story of picking Luke up from the rescue transport.
2014 – Merry Christmas 2014 – I love this post too, in it I shared Christmas memories from over the years, hitting on each decade of my life with pets.
2015 – Wishing You Peace This Christmas – #52Snapshots – this was our final photo for that year’s photo challenge, and it worked out perfectly with the theme of “peace”.
The crew changed over each year, and we really miss our boys – Moses, Kobi, and Conrad.
Come back tomorrow to see this year’s card!

Love all your past cards!! I just haven’t been able to deal with writing cards since Callie left us. Christmas just seems so hard without her. Maybe next year. Hope you and the crew have wonderful howlidays!!
I totally understand that, Sue. Holidays are the toughest. I have ornaments for each of our past pets since our Lab mix Maggie. I always get that sadness when I decorate my tree and see each one.

It is so nice to look back on Christmases past and remember the love in each year. ♥
Hey, don’t gnaw on Bumble! The Abominable Snowman is our christmas tree topper.
I like Samantha’s dreams of sunshine.
Poor Bumble didn’t bounce here….I don’t think he was around for very long! 🙂
I think we all start dreaming of sunshine on these long dark days……thank goodness we’ve got the shortest day of the year over with!
Such cute pictures from each year! Can’t wait to see what you came up with this year!

That’s a nice idea for a post. I’d steal it for next year if I thought there was a snowball’s chance that I’d remember. 🙂
Love the shot of Luke with his Bumble!
I totally understand that….I have to read back on the blog to remember stuff that happened last year!
Luke loved that Bumble, it’s hard to believe there was a time the toys were almost as big as he was!
That was a fun throw back look, we enjoyed seeing your cards!
Love this post and the reminder of how things have changed over the years since you began your blog. Looking forward to this year’s!
It’s always fun, yet sometimes sad to look back at what was. We remember most of these!
The worst part is that each year to the next someone was missing from the photo….except between last year and this, thank goodness. We are so lucky that Sheba is still with us.
I know how tough that first Christmas is after a loss too….you must all be missing Katie a lot.
