I took this photo of Luke during our last snowstorm (just last Friday) on what I like to call “Snow Mountain”. We are finally getting some – sort of – spring weather here, but I’m not sure that mountain will ever melt!
I’ve finally started cleaning out and moving some of my photos, which as I’ve said before, are all over the place on my computer. I’m trying to get organized and making progress, albeit slowly. Anyway, while doing this I found the photo of Luke seen below. This photo was from March 31, 2014, ironically 3 years ago to the date of the above photo! Apparently Luke has always been “King of the Hill (or mountain)”, and that is consistently his favorite spot to take the ball when keeping it away from his sister. I’d say the mountain here at our new house is quite a bit higher than at the old!
Have a great weekend!
LOL He likes the view from the top.
That’s a lot of snow! I think it was the year of Chiberia that a pile of snow was so big in our shopping center parking lot that there was a contest to guess which day it would be melted by. Love seeing Luke! Love Dolly
It was definitely an odd winter….for a good part of it we were warmer than normal, but then next thing you know, we’re buried in snow! LOL
All hail King of the Hill! ???? Sending pawsitive wishes the weather gets more spring like to you.
Your wishes must have done the trick – we are finally having a beautiful spring day today! 🙂
Our pleasure. Happy to share some springtime! ????
Whoa, that is one HUGE snow mountain!! I know you’ll be glad and sad at the same time once it melts away completely.
Mostly glad. 🙂
My goodness, that is some Royal mountain!!!
All you need is a crown, Luke. You are the ruler of the hill!
Some things in life never change!
Wow! That is a HUGE snow mountain! I’d climb up on it too. ☺
I think it’s closed to humans….they made it so we sink down into our thighs. LOL
Have to admit snow mountain looks pretty cool

Luke is definitely royalty! I’m sure you won’t be sad to see his throne disappear, though! There are flakes in the air at our house–again–but I don’t think we’re supposed to get more than an inch or two, so there won’t be thrones here this time.
It feels like spring is never going to get here! We are getting snow flurries again today, and it hasn’t even reached 40 degrees. It pretty much rained or snowed all week long. They’re promising us spring starting tomorrow, but we won’t believe it until we see it!
He is the king of the snow mountain, that is a ton of snow!
Hail to King Luke the I. … but just between us buddy, it’s bad when your throne melts away… we should look for a better one to rule your kingdom … how about the sofar… or the kitchencounter… oh yeah that would be great… the perfect snack-throne :O)
He’s already claimed the sofa, so I guess he’ll be headed to the kitchen counter next. Thanks for giving him the idea. BOL!
