Our heat returned and brought its friend humidity with it. I am so ready for a cool snap! Bentley loves the sun just like Luke!

In true New England fashion, we went from sweltering to kind of chilly in just one day! We’re hearing summer hasn’t given up yet though.

Summer is indeed hanging on. Next weekend is in the 90s. I’m ready for some cooler weather too.

Summer can take a hike, as far as me and my dogs are concerned. When I sweat at 5:30 am just walking, it becomes problematic for me. 🙂
I hear that! I hope you got a break from it like we have.
as far as we are concerned, Summer has overstayed her welcome lol
She sure has! We got a couple fall-like days, but summer is coming back again, so we hear!
It’s been cloudy here all morning so we’re probably in for some rain; but the girls have had their morning romp in the back yard. There’s always the treadmill and nose work for inside exercise.
Luke and I will be working on his new trick for the annual blog hop we do. That will keep us busy when we’re stuck inside. Today’s the first day we didn’t walk in a while though, it was just too wet and raw out.
have sweet dreams Luke… we sleep inside today, we god drizzle but the heat is gone, yay!
Our heat finally left too, and now we’re getting the rain. Then more heat. The usual weather roller coaster ride of the changing seasons! 🙂
We are into rain the past two days, but starting today we are looking at perfect weather in the low to mid 70’s. Most likely the heat will return at some point for a few days, but we are going to enjoy the rest of this week. Hope it moves your way!
We got the cool spell too. Now we’ve got rain moving through and more heat on the other side of it. Summer is not giving up yet, but at least we got a break!
