We are the proud recipients of the FitDog Friday’s Fall Challenge award for Best Team! Staying fit is all about the fun for the Wag ‘n Woof Pets team, and we are very pleased to accept this award. The crew and I enjoy any challenge that helps to keep us all motivated to keep moving. We’ve had an active fall with a good variety of daily exercise and fun, and we were happy to share about it.
In case you missed it, here is our post that we entered for the Fall Challenge: FitDog Friday’s Fall Fitness Challenge #FallFitDog.
In light of this win, the girls and I decided that we should have an MVP for the team, and we agreed that goes to Luke! Luke also helps to keep everyone motivated around here with his silliness and desire to run and play all the time. He keeps all of us young!
We send out a huge thanks to the FitDog Friday hosts SlimDoggy, To Dog With Love and MyGBGVLife, for this awesome award! Bloggers can also join their blog hop every week and share how your team stays fit!

I SOOOO had to pin that photo of Luke!!! What a pawsome shot with all 4 paws in the air and his shadow showing up, too. Perfect timing:-)
Thank you!!! I was so excited about that photo when I saw it. It made all the $$ I just spent on a new camera worthwhile!

Speaking of staying fit…. OY, I have hurt my back Jan!!! Badly too… I went a little overboard on the whole staying fit thing last week and I am paying for it this week. 🙁
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Oh no, Jenna!! How bad? Did you have to go to the doctor or anything? I know how bad back injuries can be – my hubby has done it in the past.
I stopped running because I was having some back pain (it was mild, but I’m a wimp…LOL). I hope you are recovering and feel better soon!
Jenna,Mark “HuskyCrazed” Drady says
It is feeling a bit better today. I was headed to the doc this week if I saw no improvement, but I think rest is all I need, plus my nice heating pad lol. It hurtsssssssssssssssssss!
YEAH Luke, what a prestigious honor to be voted MVP of your team! Excellent photo too!

That would be a Zogoflex Jive ball made by West Paw Design, Easy. That is the only kind of ball I will play with! (and I don’t eat fruit either…BOL)
