For the first time this spring, I had the time and we had the sunshine so I could sit out on the deck Sunday morning and enjoy my coffee in the warmth of the early morning sun.

Luke reminded me when he went out on the deck to lay in the sun on the rug outside the door after his breakfast that we should take some time to relax and start out the day slowly. I then remembered we used to put the Molly Mutt Sheepy* wool dog bed out on the deck, and he was happy when I did! (You can read our full review of that bed by clicking here if you are interested!)

We have to take advantage of every day of it, because we haven’t had many lately! It’s fortuitous when it at least falls on a Sunday though. 🙂

Ducky and I are glad that you and Luke finally have some nice spring sunshine! We have had rain – on and off – since last Thursday. But the ground was so dry that the dirt was cracking in spots. Hopefully we will get some sun again tomorrow. Happy Monday!!
We’re back to clouds and rain again now. I can’t complain about the rain too much though, now we need it for the gardens to grow! But they love that warm sunshine too, so we still need more of that. 🙂
