A couple of months ago, Luke and Cricket were showing off their nice new paracord collars that we had won from JoAnn at Sand Spring Chesapeakes. Poor Sheba was feeling left out! So when JoAnn had another giveaway in December for her dog Glory’s birthday, we had to enter, and we were lucky enough to win! It’s not the best photo but Sheba wanted to show off hers too.
When choosing the colors for Sheba’s collar, I decided to pick one color from each Luke’s and Cricket’s. Now we have a complete color coordinated set, and everyone is happy, especially me! These are our favorite collars, and here you can see the leashes hanging and how they all coordinate together. I thought Black and White Sunday would be the perfect way to highlight how these colors pop. Thanks JoAnn and Glory!
Thank you to Sugar the Golden Retriever and Dachshund Nola for hosting the Black and White Sunday blog hop. Please visit them and other blogs through the links below.
Harley and I are such collar and leash freaks. Pawhaps it’s because he doesn’t wear clothing…. Those are really nice – love the colors.
Ours don’t wear clothing much either, other than Luke now, so I also love to have lots of different stylish collars!
Very cool. That JoAnn makes great stuff.
She sure does!!
I love the way the colors pop! I’m glad that sweet Sheba got her very own, too. I always like finding fun collars for Barley, but she’s got so much fluff that nobody but me ever gets to see them.
Thank you! Sheba is kind of the same as Barley, hers is really hidden most of the time!
I love how bright the collars are. Mr. N is getting a new collar too from one of our blogger friends!
Thank you! I hope we get to see Mr. N’s new collar too!
I love these photos, and the collars and leashes are fantastic. So happy that you have a totally color coordinated set. 🙂
Thank you! The Momz has a little bit of OCD when it comes to being color coordinated…..so she’s pretty ecstatic about these….LOL.
I love that photo and how you made it the leashes and collars color. I have a lot to learn. Now I have a question, where did you find that Leash holder. I am looking for something like that. right now I just have those 3 m Command holders. I love that Woof one.
Thank you, Kim. I had to wrack my brain for a minute, because I bought it when Christmas shopping. I found it at a general store up in North Conway, NH, which will be of no help to you!
However, I quickly googled “Woof wall rack” and up it popped at Staples.com! It really is nice and not too expensive either.
I think you did a great job highlighting the colors in the photo! The pups looking away helps us see them better! *wags* – Gilligan from WagsAhoy.com
Thanks for saying that, Gilligan! It does show the collars better but I thought people might prefer to see their faces too. However, I couldn’t seem to pull both things off!
Very colorful black and white Sunday photos, love the collars! Love Dolly
Thanks, Dolly!
Oh they look fabulous! Love your color pop!
We got ours for Lexus as well, and i’ll be posting about it sooN!
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Thank you! I can’t wait to see Lexus’ new collar too!
Very nice. We love the bright colors.
Thank you, Emma!
LVOE the color combo. I love making paracord projects. I plan to share some how to this year (I hardly did any how to’s last year). Have a great Sunday. Golden Woofs
I look forward to reading your how-tos! I’ve thought I might like to give the collars a try myself, but I have trouble with my hands right now and probably not enough grip. But I’m hoping to get that fixed soon so maybe I’ll be able to.
Hi there!
I love the color combos on your collars and leashes. Very pretty!
Monty and Harlow
Thank you, Monty and Harlow, and thanks so much for stopping by!
Those are great, popping colors for sure! We have blue, orange, and pink here at our pack.
Those colors sound great too!!
Oh my gosh those pictures are fabulous and the colors just pop on your dogs! I need to learn how to have more than one item become color on black and while photos, so far I’ve only mastered doing one item. Thank you for the shout out and so glad you love your collars.
You are welcome!! We really do love these collars, even my hubby who normally wouldn’t care all that much says so!
It’s just as easy to color more than one item as one (with PicMonkey anyway), and let me tell you, it was hard to do those leashes and not go out of the lines!
They are great! I have green&purple, it looks cool on me and I wear the collar efurry day :o) my mom said she loves the look of this 3 hanging leashes and she wouldn’t use them, because they are a super cool decoration :o) …hmmm…
if you ask me, that’s just a lame excuse because she is too lazy today to walk her dog… scandalous…
I have seen your collar, Easy, those colors are great and really do look cool on you!
Hahaha, you are so funny…I don’t believe your Mom is too lazy to walk you. She is right that the leashes make a very nice decoration, she has good taste!
Cool way to highlight the colors! And congrats on winning so many great prizes! Happy B&W Sunday
Thanks, Oz! Happy B&W Sunday to you too!
Super nice! We think that “weave” is really wonderful and sturdy too……
Hugs, Sammy
Thanks! They are really sturdy, and they also don’t seem to get smelly like some collars do!
Those are very nice collars. We love the colors.
Thank you!
