I love it. I wonder if the birds remember her watching, or are just curious because she’s not a bird?
In this case, I think it’s curiosity, even though they’ve seen her before. I actually forget sometimes that she didn’t “raise” this group of birds. Because we got them in the middle of the summer last year, they went straight into the chicken coop in a cage. But all the other birds started out in Sam’s room. It will be fun to see how the new group of younger guineas react when they see her, since they were raised in her room.
It’s a wonder Sam hasn’t become paranoid with the guinea guys hot on her tail! Haha!
I’m not sure she’s even aware that they are there, she certainly doesn’t act like she minds at all! 🙂
That is so awesome! love that they hang out together.
Sam was never one to hang out with any of our other cats, so I love that she does this!
