This is a typical Sunday morning at our place….dogs on the bed chewing on and playing with toys, or just hanging out with us.
Sheba is our resident expert at destroying and de-stuffing toys. Everything the other two dogs know about it, they’ve learned from her.

Here’s a very short video with her demonstration:

Laughing out loud at this one! (Another one that was hidden in the junk folder. Grrr) Sheba and Callie are/were so much alike in many ways but destroying toys was not one of them. Callie treated her stuffie toys with love and gentle kindness. Ducky’s the destructive one in this house. I think she, Bailie, and Sheba could give The Three Stooges a run for their money!! ????
Our golden Moses was very gentle with toys too. Poor guy didn’t get to have a lot though, because Sheba would always steal and destroy them!
Ha ha, Ducky, Bailie and Sheba would definitely make a 3 dog wrecking team!
that is quite the explosion! Very well done.
Sheba has some serious destuffing skills. Barley doesn’t understand destuffing at all–we are currently picking out which toys are safe to take to Grandma and Grandpa’s house where all of her cousins who love destuffing will be; we can’t take any of the favorites that will be missed if they lose their filling!
Oh no, poor Barley. It’s bad enough when they destroy their own toys, but no fun to watch someone else do it! 🙂
Hahahahahahahaha!!!! My huskies are pretty darn good at de-stuffing as well!
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Oh, she is the Queen of de-stuffing! Wow! And right there on the bed….a nice mess for you to clean up. BOL
I think my Neeko must have taken classes from her!
Looks like they had a blast. Storm has been trying to destuff that turkey we got in the PawPack without success. It seems to be a very strong toy. There is some special mesh or something. Maybe Sheba should try it. 🙂 Thanks for joining the hop!
Oh, we will definitely have to look for that toy…we haven’t found a stuffed one yet that can last!
That was impressive de-stuffing technique, Sheba!
Very good work! But, can they destuff while leaving no signs that the toy has been tampered with, and remove the squeaker through a tear made with surgical precision? That takes a Doxie! Love Dolly PeeS: Saying prayers for Sheba.
Ha ha, the Momz always takes it away and removes the squeaker before they can get to it! Thank you for your prayers for Sheba, she is doing great right now, and we hope that continues for as long as possible.
So funny. Cocoa can do it in minutes!!
We usually try to hold Sheba off so the toys last longer, but sometime we’ll have to just leave her to it, and see how long it takes!
They are too cute! Zoe is really good at de-stuffing, too! 😀
Sheba de-stuffing level…EXPERT!
Very good. De-stuff, then lay there like you didn’t do it
Lily & Edward
Stuffies must be destroyed or they will become competition.
Ah….so that’s what it’s all about…we wondered. 🙂
Ethel is BRILLIANT at this.
There’s one in every household, isn’t there? 🙂
Bailie wants to meet Sheba. She says it looks like a blast!
I think those two would have WAY too much fun together…and leave a path of destruction behind them!
Yes the fine art of destuffing. LOL Mine always seem to do it in the living room AFTER I’ve vacuumed.
Delilah got a new toy for her birthday and by default Sampson got one as well. Of course in my house Delilah gets her toy and Sampson gets his and then Delilah takes Sampson’s toy. Long story short, Delilah destuffed Sampson’s toy and I threw most of it out this morning. 🙂
Thanks for joining the blog hop, I’m so glad the linky tool was working!
All toys end up with Sheba. We usually just give most of them to Luke…he loves nothing better than a new toy. Eventually he loses interest and leaves it to it’s destruction with Sheba. LOL
Bravo Sheba! Now you can celebrate a white christmas… but I’m not sure if your mom likes to sleep in a snow-bed :o)
Maybe not, but she’s kind of getting used to it! 🙂
