We are joining Ruckus the Eskie for his Sepia Saturday blog hop today. The only rules for this hop are that it be sepia related (pet or non-pet), and have fun! Grab the badge, link to the host, and join in the fun!
Any guesses as to what is going on here?
Here’s a hint: Conrad is just an innocent bystander in this scenario! Tomorrow I will be posting a photo for Black & White Sunday that will give another clue, or you can come back by for Monday Mischief to get the whole story of what they were up to.
Happy Sepia Saturday!

LOL I think I have seen that scene in my house!
I bet you see it a lot, just as we do!
Ruckus the Eskie says
HAHAH what’s going on there?!
Hope you had a good Sepia Saturday! (and release the madness from behind the cabinets!)
The ball was successfully freed from it’s entrapment in the corner!
Sand spring chesapeakes says
Looks like mischief to me
It certainly is!!
Well it looks like they’re trying to get at something, what that is I couldn’t possibly imagine. ‘-)
Since they’re in the kitchen, you would think the answer would be obvious. But it’s not what you would think in this case!
I’d say it’s a cat… wait, the cat is behind them. Hmmm maybe it’s a meatball?
Ha ha, meatball….I love that! They would definitely be excited!
Cooking + cat on counter + mischief = food on the floor/dogs
I do try to keep the cats off the counter when I’m cooking….LOL….but I couldn’t honestly tell you that food has never hit the floor. I think the dogs bribe the cats to do those things.

Ah, our turn to play Sherlock Holmes and “who dun it”.
Hope y’all are having a wonderful weekend!
Y’all come back now!
Hawk aka BrownDog
Thanks, Hawk, you too!

Partners in crime!!
They certainly are!
M. K. Clinton says
I’d say it’s a lizard!
Oh boy, luckily we don’t have many of those around here, and I’ve never seen one in the house (knock wood)!
Dogs N Pawz says
What’s under there? We usually find food there!
That’s often the case here too, but not this time!
Brian Frum says
Yes, I was gonna guess corner kibble too but maybe it’s a bug.
Oh, bugs, yuck, I’m glad it wasn’t that! 🙂
Did someone drop a treat?! Wooooowoooooooooo!
Not this time, but good guess, Ku!
Hailey and Zaphod says
Trying to get into the cookie cupboard?
That corner cupboard is where the cookies are kept, but that’s not what they were up to! Good guess though!
At my house that would mean the other cat or a mouse is in the cupboard!
Oh, that’s a good one, Emma! Conrad is always trying to get into the cupboards. We used to have mice in there too, but I think we’ve finally got that problem fixed, thank goodness.
Jenna,Mark “HuskyCrazed” Drady says
Hmmmm….I agree with Caren, the kitty must be in on it somehow. Maybe nocked a treat on the floor and the dogs were after it? Or maybe the kitty got a mouse and the dogs were sniffing it out?
Hey BTW thank you for thinking of is for next Sunday on Molly the Wally’s blog! We really appreciate that!!! ♥
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Those are both great guesses! We have definitely had the tag team action on mice around here before! 🙂
You are very welcome!….that is such a nice thing Molly does to help promote other blogs.
Caren Gittleman says
a treat is on the floor? Did the kitty knock it down for the dogs?
That’s a great guess, Caren, because that definitely happens around here! But it’s not the case this time. 🙂
