We rarely post on weekends anymore, but we do miss sometimes joining in the Sunday Selfies blog hop. When Luke recently took an exceptional selfie, he insisted we go off our regular schedule so we could share it!
It looks like we’re inadvertently giving Only Natural Pet a plug here! You might notice Luke’s flea/tick tag, an all natural way to try to ward off the bugs. It’s that time of year, and isn’t that the one thing no one likes about spring – the bugs? We’ll be headed outside to enjoy some nice weather today, so I guess it’s all worth it anyway!
Thank you to The Cat on My Head for hosting the Sunday Selfies blog hop. Please visit other blogs through the links below!
Very cute!
That’s a lovely Selfie, Luke. You’re a natural handsome guy????We only use natural stuff too by the way and it works purrfectly fine☺ Pawkisses for a Happy Day☺❤
You need flea protection and something that isn’t drops is a good thing!
Enjoy spring!
Thank you, we definitely plan to enjoy the spring, and hope you do too!
We don’t like those nasty, messy drops or anything, we try to go with more natural protection from fleas.
It’s lovely to see you! And you’re right. That is a truly exceptional selfie. Such an expression!

Great selfie, Luke!!! You handsome boy! No wonder Ducky has a crush on you! ❤️
I think Luke is blushing now. 🙂
Happy Sunday Selfie Luke
Very cute selfie.
Great selfie Luke, very dashing! We miss Sunday Selfie too, it’s not so much doing the post, but we only do it if we have time to visit all of the other posts, so we don’t. Love Dolly
This is a big hop, so it is tough to visit everyone. I try to at least visit a few each time we join, and always the host of course.
Luke – glad you had time to join the Sunday Selfie Blog Hop this week, and glad to meet you. Nice selfie.
Thank you for coming by, BJ, it’s so nice to meet you too! Love, Luke
Luke, I think you have got the selfie down to a fine art. And plug or not, it’s good not to have fleas or ticks.
Purrs, Erin
Wow, that’s one wagnificent selfie, Luke! And well done on the shameless plug. We all need to be aware of nasty crawly things this time of year. Good for you! Have a happy day in some sunshine. ????
Luke that is one handsome selfie fur sure!
Dang Luke, you nailed it!!!
He looks very pensive. Lol
Great selfie, Luke! We use all-natural flea/tick protection too – no chemicals, mostly lavender and some other herbals in this product. So far it’s worked well. It’s a liquid we just spritz on her when need be and it washes right out. Since Daisy’s mainly an indoor dog – she’s never enjoyed being outdoors for too long, even as a puppy – she’s never in heavily tick-infested woods or overgrowth. But the threat’s always still there, especially where we live. I’m not a fan of chemical flea/tick products (or chemical anything!), so we use this instead and check her well after outings throughout spring-summer-fall.
Can I ask you what brand you use? I try to avoid chemicals as much as possible too. Ticks are tough…the tags don’t work as well as I’d hope for them, so we use a spray in addition if we’ll be outside more. We hope to spend more time on our woods trails this year, so I’m going to need something really good. Right now I’m using Vermont Naturals, they make a wipe which is nice because they don’t seem to mind that as much as being sprayed.
Nice to see you on a Sunday, Luke!
Awww…what a cute Sunday selfie, Luke! So happy you shared it!
