They’re pretty much all talk around here!
Cricket gives Luke “the snarl”.
Unfazed, Luke gives Cricket “the bite”.
Luke: “I mean it, I’ll bite you!”
Cricket, equally unfazed, simply ducks and moves on: “Whatever!”
It’s just another game of ball around here! 🙂
Sand spring Chesapeakes says
Gotta admire Cricket! That is HER ball, Luke!
And she does not let him EVER forget it! 🙂
Bell Fur Zoo says
BOL dat sounds like me and Tilda. I yell at her and her just swishes her tail like whatefurs brudder and walks away 😉
Matt (& Matilda)
Sisters! Am I right? We boys need to stick together, right, Matt? 😉
In the first photo, Luke looks like he really does not want his paws in the cold snow.
Oh, you’re right, I hadn’t even noticed that! He probably didn’t! It’s been far from warm around here, and the colder it is, the colder the snow feels!
LLB in Our Backyard says
LOL…Sounds like my Jakey and Rosy! It’s always interesting to see the “family dynamic” 🙂
It really is fun, especially seeing old lady Cricket not afraid to put her younger brother in his place. 🙂
The Island Cats says
MOL! We love Cricket’s attitude…whatever…
Shadow and Ducky’s Mom says
Don’t you just love the back and forth they do over a coveted ball?! As long as it’s a little bit of bantering and not over-the-top excitability, I don’t worry about it. I just keep an eye on Ducky’s body language, and her facial expressions.
Yup, we do the same. Occasionally, I do have to remind Luke (or Cricket too!) to take it down a notch!
Edie Chase says
Girls rule, boys drool, right Cricket. ; )
You’ve got that right, thank you, Edie!
M. K. Clinton says
That looks like a perfect set-up for a wrestling match!
They are ready to rumble! BOL
Brian Frum says
That’s a real snowball fight!
hahaha the ball is worth that right Cricket? ;O)
