…..you buy a woodstove for your new house that has an artwork theme of dogs, Labrador retrievers to be exact! I can’t tell you just how thrilled we are with our new Ideal Steel Hybrid stove from Woodstock Soapstone Co. (find them on Facebook here). I just had to share all of the details simply because we love it so much (we were not compensated for doing so!), and I know our readers will appreciate it.

We even have tools with a dog theme – thank you to my nephew-in-law (who also works for the stove company) for welding these for us!
Of course, the scene is not complete until there is a dog bed in front of it, and we know Cricket is also thrilled about all of it!
Not only attractive to the room, but from the looks of that fire – it probably heats the entire floor. Very nice, thanks for sharing it with us.
It certainly does. It puts out some serious heat and it’s in a big open area too. We can’t wait to really get it going next winter!
I LOVE it. The details are amazing. š
Very cool I love fires.
Awesome! Chris is great to do those tools for you!!
That looks great! I think I’ll keep that idea in mind for when we need a new stove!
The stove puts out some serious heat…we just love it!
It’s beautiful!! I was actually looking at a wood stove for our next house that has a baking section. š
That sounds cool! This one has burners on top for cooking, but that’s it. We haven’t tried them yet though.
Oh. My. Dog!!! That’s a PERFECT “fit” for your new home!! I love the whole stove, but the andirons are fabulous! And of course, Beagle-butt lying in front of the stove makes it a picture any dog lover would drool over! š
oh that is marvelous and soooo cozy! Enjoy!
So beautiful. Now all you need is a Lab lol.
Oh my gosh! I am so looking forward to getting my pet art wall back up–if I had a place for a stove like this, this is definitely the design I’d pick too š
Wow,that’s so great! Love the tools too! Perfect!
I love it! We don’t have any dog furniture. Just some art!
Very nice! That’s gonna keep everybuddy toasty warm!
OMD! I love it. Gotta pin this so I have it in the future š
I always love anything with dogs on it!!
So unique and beautiful
Snorts,
Lily & Edward
Those stoves really put out the heat! Enjoy!
That is a really nice stove!
That’s awesome!
Cricket seems to be enjoying the new stove that’s for sure, too bad it isn’t a Beagle theme. Mom put in soapstone countertops, they are beautiful but take some maintenance so we are wondering how it will work with the stove. Love Dolly
Soapstone counters sound beautiful! The stove we had at our old house had even more soapstone on it and it didn’t require any maintenance it all. It stayed beautiful looking for the year we had it there (we sold it with the house because we wanted a bigger one here).
I’m wondering if I got the wrong kind of stone for my countertops! They really nick and scratch up easily!
That’s too bad, I bet they weren’t cheap either. Thanks for letting me know, though. We’ll be putting new counters in our kitchen someday so at least I’ll know to avoid that!
That is awesome. And that looks like a well built, efficient stove.
It really is. We have a big open area here with a cathedral ceiling and it heats it VERY well!
I love that stove, it is perfect!
A very cozy scene. The live dog completes itl
I love it… and if we had such woodstoves here, we would buy it too… it is pawfect!!!!!!
Beautiful wood stove! Love the details and design. How cool that your nephew fashioned special tools for you too!
Hugs, Sammy and Pam
