Wow, two treat reviews in less than a week….the dogs are EXCITED! They love this part of their job as my assistants. This time we are also holding our own giveaway of a bag of treats!
We love the name of this company, because anything with the word “spring” in it is very appealing to us these days as we wait for the arrival of our own spring! “Natural” also holds great connotations and this company lives up to their attractive name.
Spring Naturals was founded in 2011 with the philosophy (in their own words from their website) that they “believe that dogs and cats deserve the most nutritionally and functionally balanced foods and treats that will improve their life-long health and well-being. Our exclusive recipes will always be natural and based on our Whole Food Nutrition philosophy that a balanced blend of real meat, poultry or fish combined with whole vegetables, whole fruits and whole grains is a better way to nurture a pet than by using meat, poultry and fish meals. We also believe that dogs and cats fed on a diet consisting of low glycemic ingredients without added starches and carbohydrates lead longer, healthier lives. We think you’ll agree that this is a better way to feed your best friend.”
Their ingredients are all sourced in the USA, with no meat meals or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Their products also come with an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee. It is a family owned business and their products are certified to be low glycemic and diabetic friendly. They have been approved by the Whole Dog Journal, with some of their foods being on their top recommended list for 3 years in a row. The company also provided us with this great infographic illustrating some of the healthy ingredients they use:
All right, the dogs want me to get to the bottom line here: they love these treats! We were given two bags of grain free treats, one to sample and one to give away. We tried the 95% turkey treats, and they were a hit.

The treats come in varying sizes, but they are easy to break apart into smaller pieces for training.
Spring Naturals has a line of whole grain as well as grain free products for both dogs and cats. You can visit them here:
They are also running a program called “Spring Into Action” where you can nominate your “everyday hero who springs into action to help animals”. They could win $4000 worth of product for themselves and $1000 for their favorite shelter!
We have a bag of grain free 95% beef treats to give away to one lucky winner! Just fill out the Rafflecopter below to enter. The contest will remain open until Midnight EST on Friday April 11th.
*Disclaimer: We received two complimentary bags of treats, but we were in no other way compensated for this review. Wag ‘n Woof Pets only shares products we feel will be of interest to our readers, and we are always honest in our reviews.*
We are joining the Tasty Tuesday blog hop. Thank you to our hosts Sugar the Golden Retriever and Kol’s Notes.
Sometimes..one day it will snow and the next day it will be 75 degrees
It’s so crazy, isn’t it? The highest we’ve seen now is 55, but at least no snow for a while now (knock wood)!
Awesome they look healthy and low fat , just what Bella needs!????????????????????
The crocuses and the calendar tell us its spring. But the 30 degree temps seem to tell us otherwise.
We love Spring Naturals. They smell so yummy.
I hope to see some crocuses soon….and some of the warmer temps they keep promising us that never really seem to come through for more than just a day here and there!
Entered! Thanks for hosting!
You’re welcome…good luck!
It is Spring here in TX… the bluebonnets are out in full bloom and it’s nice and warm. 🙂
Those treats look great! I bet my mastiff will love them! 🙂
Oh, that sounds so nice! Good luck in the giveaway!
Those look like they were a hit!
The weather’s been crazy here in So Cal. We had summer all winter, and now that it’s spring we are getting some winter. (rainy, cold and WINDY today.) Supposed to be nice true spring weather again this weekend though. 🙂
They do love them!
I’m glad So Cal doesn’t always have perfect weather either! Otherwise everyone would have to move there and you’d be overcrowded! 🙂
Great review, thanks for sharing the info haven’t heard of them. Sounds like a great company with some nummy treats. Spring is not here yet. It is so cold.
We get one decent day, then the next one is cloudy and cool, then the next sunny but with that crisp cold breeze. It’s just teasing us!
Now those treats look super yummy. See ya later for a game of Twister at my pad 🙂 xxoxx
Mollie and Alfie
Twister was such a great idea, love it!
xxxooo
Those look like really good treats! Thanks for the give away.
You’re welcome and good luck!
Natural is the ticket! Sounds like a great product!
You can’t go wrong with natural, right?
It’s great that its Grain Free. We had a glimpse of Spring … sad to say it feels like Winter again. Happy Tasty Tuesday. Golden Woofs
I imagine the glimpse of spring we’re getting now probably won’t last. Happy Tasty Tuesday, Sugar, and thanks for having the hop!
Yes, after seeing this, the first comment I wanted to make was about Conrad-so cute that he is right there trying to get something! If he didn’t get any treats, then yes, you need to do a cat treat review next, Jan! These doggie treats sound totally awesome!
Poor Conrad….he does get some treats though, plus he gets his canned food which is pretty special. (in small amounts since it can upset his tummy). I am working on getting some cat treats to review soon!
Spring is coming but slowly – we need some springy snacks here, BOL!
Anything that might get spring moving a little quicker would be great, right?
Mmmmm! Real ingredients and happy dogs are a great combination!
We agree!
It’s almost sort of Spring here. I have sort of given up on holding my breath for it, though!
Yes, I’ve almost given up too. Though we are having some warmer days this week, they say it won’t last. We are starting to see some bare ground anyway, under trees and such where the snow isn’t as deep.
We are so happy to say that spring has sprung here! Of course, that means violent thunderstorms but the clear days are fabulous! I’m sending you warm thoughts!
Thank you for the warm thoughts, they might be working ….it’s been much nicer the last couple of days! Oh, I hate thunderstorms, it’s one of the things I don’t like about summer!
That’s quite a crew you have there! Did the cat like the treats, too?
Thanks! Conrad didn’t get to sample the treats….though he never gives up trying. You will see him quite often in my treat review photos….lol. I think I will have to review some cat treats next time…he deserves it for all of his effort!
I think it finally is! 60 degrees yesterday and today.
I love how your kitty shows up in the pictures too.
60 degrees….awesome! We are close to that today, in the sun anyway.
Oh yes, Conrad has to be in all of the treat photos. I think the next review will have to be cat treats!
Nope!!!! It is definitely not spring yet!!!! BOL!!!! (I am entering the giveaway because I didn’t see anything saying it is U.S only, so please let me know if I missed it)
Great review!!!! The pack would love them!!!
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
It is open to everyone!!!
No spring here yet either…maybe this week. They keep promising us it will be here….tomorrow…and the next tomorrow….lol
Thanks!!
We had a couple days of spring. tons of snow is now gone, but we are supposed to get hit with a snow storm on Thursday…ugh!
Oh no, really? Oh boy, that storm will probably be headed here after it hits you. We’ve only had one decent day in the last week. Today is looking promising, but we’ll see…it still feels pretty cold when I open the door.
