A little about our holiday weekend: Mom and Dad went to visit Dad’s family out of state on Thanksgiving Day, and Auntie Karen and Uncle Rusty came over and let us out and fed us our supper. Then the next morning, the Momz left again! She was gone for 2 DAYS shopping with her sisters and best friend! Yes, they were out in that Black Friday craziness we’ve heard about! We just hope she was buying lots of stuff for us. So here’s what we did while she was gone, logging miles of walking around stores…..
Hee hee….it was nice and warm in front of that woodstove, Mom, while you were out in the cold and wind walking in between all those stores! Just kidding….we girls were outside a lot, we played fetch for hours with Dad! And Kobi got his walk too.

I’d rather stay by the fire with you cuties than go out in the Black Friday craziness, but hopefully your mom got you some good stuff! (We did go out around dinner time on Sat, and the mall wasn’t too insane. It was nice to see it all lit up and decorated. Plus the malls here are all outdoors, so it’s kind of nice to walk around in the dark night looking at the shops all lit up.)
Oh, Mom thinks outdoor malls sound great (not here where it’s cold though)! The place where they go shopping, Portsmouth, NH, isn’t too bad as far as the crowds go. Plus they don’t get there until around noon time so most of the crazies who were up all night have gone home by then! 🙂

We know, how dare they go off and have fun without us? We should get to do everything! They didn’t even bring us any turkey home! Did you get any turkey, Dakota?? We all better have some good gifts coming for Christmas. 🙂
I didn’t go out on Black Friday but went shopping yesterday on “Small Business Saturday” with a friend. I took Mr. N with me and he walked around the stores with me and got many pets from people.
Oh, you’re lucky you have places where you can take Mr. N shopping with you…that is wonderful!
Mom isn’t a Black Friday shopper, so we never have to worry about that. 🙂 Glad you all had lots of fun while she was out.
