I often lament that the most difficult part of keeping Cricket’s arthritis under control is the fact that she does not know how to go slowly. For this month’s Pet Blogger Bloopers my photos are evidence of just that. She is the beagle of perpetual motion, even when she’s lying down, and even when she’s eating!

Having said and shown that, I’m happy to report that she has still been feeling better, and she has been playing ball pretty consistently for the past week. She wants to keep going too, we have to put the games to an end so she doesn’t overdo it!
I have the same problem with my always in motion dogs which makes lots of blurry pictures this time of year. I am glad Cricket is doing well.
Cricket your so fast mom can’t get a picture!
All that activity is a good sign that she’s feeling better. Go Cricket, go!
Now the trick is to let her go, without letting her over-do! (try telling her that!)
Cricket and Rye have a lot in common. My poor phone just cannot keep up with that busy little one–all of her pictures look like these pictures of Cricket!
Must be that bit of hound dog in Rye! Though our beagle Kobi was completely the opposite of Cricket – he was totally laid back and when he moved he was never in a rush. Well, once he got older anyway. I do remember having my arm pulled off when walking him when he was younger!
Cricket must be feeling better if she’s moving like that. 🙂
That’s great she is so happy and active!
The boys are either moving or sleeping. They say posing is hard. BOL!
I imagine your boys sleep as hard as they play too, just like Cricket. Once she stops she’s completely zonked out!
Looks like our pictures
Lily & Edward
Sit still? Why would I do that, Mom? There’s so much to do! 😉
Cute! She’s a busy girl! Places to go, people to see, things to chew on! Glad she’s doing better.
She is definitely busy! The other funny thing about her is that when she does stop, she crashes hard. Right now I can hear her snoring behind me! 🙂
Oh yea, the quick blurs are fun blurs!
Bloopers like those are what keeps the smiles in our hearts when it comes to our fur-kids.
These are the keepers, aren’t they? Because years down the road they will remind us of exactly what our dogs’ true personalities were!
LOL!!! I know just how you feel! 🙂
My little Canon point-n-shoot has an “action” mode setting on it. Only problem is I forget to use it. And most of my shots of Ducky are on the phone’s camera.
Glad Cricket is feeling so much better!!
I do have a similar setting on my good camera, I think it’s called “sport” but it just doesn’t work as good inside the house as it does outside. There’s also a pet portrait setting, which actually works even better, because it snaps off a whole bunch of photos in a row. But it doesn’t work great inside either.
you need such a cam they use at the owlympigs… ;O)))
