July 31st and December 2nd are both celebrated as National Mutt Day, also known as National Mixed Breed Dog Day. Luke says he prefers to be called a "mixed breed" though I think "mutt" has a better ring to it for this day. Farm, Flower, & Family
My flower gardens have been sadly neglected this year, since I've been so busy with my new shop. Luckily we have so many perennials around the farm, that Mother Nature takes care of a lot of it for me. The phlox and hosta are fighting it out here.
