…….you grab your camera before rescuing your ear of corn from your dog’s mouth!
Today is our 4th blogiversary and I think it’s safe to say that I’m pretty hooked on it. I went back and read what I wrote for our blogiversary last year and I think everything I said there still stands. I won’t repeat myself so anyone that is new to the blog and didn’t see it then can read it by clicking here: Our 3rd Blogiversary – Reflections and Thanks.
Not a lot has changed with the blog over this last year, though we had a big change in our lives when we moved to a new home. That gave me a lot of material to write about and has turned out to be a very good thing for all of us!
By the way, my corn was not cooked yet, I had left it on the patio table after husking it, and went inside to get a pan. Luke is such a good boy, because when I told him to “leave it”, that’s just what he did!
But it’s the perfect size chew toy!

Congrats on another year of Blogging. Keep up the great work and yes yes I grab my camera before taking stuff away to sometimes I have to reenact it.

Good boy Luke. You definitely don’t want him eating cobs. I know someone whose dog ate one and it was an expensive surgery. Happy blogiversary!

Congratulations on your blogiversary!! Many, many more. ❤️????????❤️
You’re so right! I always say the same thing – I’m always taking pics of Daisy being naughty rather than fixing the situation first! 😀
Poor guy just can’t catch a break 🙂
happy happy blogoversary!!!!!!!!!! We not only love your blog but we LOVE you and hope that you have many, many years of blogging ahead!

Congratulations on 4 years! It is amazing how easily life can give you lots of material to blog about! My dogs have all liked corn as well. They have never stolen it, but like you, I would have taken a picture first!
Wishing you many more pawsome blogging years!
Thank you! Luke never misses an opportunity to steal any kind of vegetable (or any food left unattended, really). 🙂

Happy Blogiversary!! Time really does fly when you’re having fun, doesn’t it?!!
Good boy, Luke!!!
Hope y’all have a great Sunday! I’m hoping it doesn’t get too hot and humid this afternoon – the girls need some time out in the yard (so do I!) – we’re all getting stir crazy trying to avoid the miserable icky-sticky, humid weather. Especially poor Shadow with her leash restriction.

Haha, that’s usually what I’ll do, snap a picture first 😉 Happy 4 years of blogging!

Ha! I do the same thing! The cats get away with a lot of stuff because I think it would make for a great photo. Happy Blogoversary! And here’s to many more years of blogging! ~Island Cat Mom

Happy Blogaversary! You know cats have been known to “borrow” an ear of corn too – usually cooked and already with butter on it (!!!) so I understand the corn stealing thing. ENJOY CELEBRATING your special landmark in blogging.
Hugs, Pam and Sam
I probably wouldn’t have been able to get it back if it had been cooked and buttered – LOL!
Thank you, Pam and Sam!
This made me laugh, because last night we caught Toby in the back yard in a predicament. He’d been trying to steal the green peppers from the garden but the wire fence had got caught in his bandana and he was stuck. The moment we rescued him I said, “Darn, I should have taken a picture first” 🙂 So true about pet bloggers!
Thank you! Oh, Toby! That would totally be Luke if he could get to any vegetables too. I hate it when I forget to take the photo first! 🙂
Happy Blogiversary! My mom is the same way…snap photo, then resolve issue! We are all so used to blogging life, it seems normal to us!

that was nice to leave it… now you still have some corn for the pan :o) Happy Blogoversary to you, it’s amazing to see how fast the time flies… and that we still write about our lives and our adventures is just great!!!
