Oh dear we hope your noses didn’t froze off π

Hee hee. One time Cricket actually did freeze her eye balls a bit! She was all squinty-eyed one night and we realized it must have been from having her head in the snow (apparently she keeps her eyes open under there!). Since then we limit the amount of time she gets to have her head stuck in there (which is hard because if she can’t find the ball, she does not want to give up!).
Cricket, you are one determined pup! Excellent resiliency skillset being demonstrated there.
Thank you!!! Love, Cricket
Thatβs using your head, Cricket! π
Go Cricket!!! What great action shots!

Snow is so awesome.
It’s the only good thing about winter!
That is hilarious! Pierre dug through our 2″ of snow after a mole. LOL!
I bet he would dig through a foot if he had to! π
They are adorable. My dogs would love the opportunity to play in the snow.
Every dog should at least get to try it if they can! π
Lol…That’s too funny.
Hahaha leave it up to ten beagle to burrow in and get the ball.
Nothing stops that dog! π
OMD! The photos are just too darn cute!! Especially that last one! Callie and Shadow spent lots of time with their snouts in the snow when they were young; and Ducky still does, but mostly to sniff out squirrels.
Kissy used to love the snow, too. I have a pic of her in her first snowfall. She pushed her face in the snow and came back out with a snow-covered puppy nose. She was so adorable!
I love it when they get the snow covered face!!
Oh, that makes for a cold snooter!
I would think so!! π
We stick our heads deep into the snow too, but not for toys, just to sniff.
They do that sometimes too, but most of the time they’re hunting for the ball.
hahaha love the last photo ;O))) maybe they can dig a secret tunnel now, because the earth is covered by snow and the construction is invisible?
I knew they were up to something out there – now I might know what! π
