Luke is becoming quite the clotheshorse! We wanted something a little warmer than his hoodies for these extremely cold days we’ve been having this winter. I got him this green fleece jacket.
Luke doesn’t think green is really his color though, and he wants to know what you think. Green, red, or blue? Or is there another color we should try?
Thank you to BlogPaws for hosting the Wordless Wednesday blog hop. Please visit other blogs through the links below!
That dude can rock any color,,,but I favor the red look for him !
Thanks, Jack!!
I like the blue, it pops more.
One more vote for blue, I think that is the general consensus here!
I think he should pick the color depending on his mood. 🙂
Great idea! We hope he won’t want “blue” too often though, and we might have to add some happy colors like yellow. 🙂
He looks great in all, but my fav is the green!
Thank you, Auntie Lynn, duly noted. He’ll try to wear green when you’re coming over! 🙂
We love the red on Luke…it really goes well with his black and white. But the blue isn’t bad either! Any way you look at it, Luke is one stylin’ pup!
Luke thanks you! Pretty much any color on his black and white, right, except for neutrals, I think?
I think Red! Its your power color!
Yes, power color, Luke likes that! Red was the color our beagle Kobi wore, so that’s why I’ve leaned towards it too.
It should of been lime green or orange, my two favorite colors. I like the blue or red on him.
Ooohh….now those colors would really pop on him! I might have to try those too!
Blue’s my favorite too. Have you tried Thundershirts on him? To be honest, I never noticed a difference on my reactive dogs, but they now make them in cuter colors than the basic gray I have, and they’d be warm!
I haven’t tried a thundershirt with Luke yet, but I do sometimes think that he really enjoys wearing shirts, and that it might relax him some. We didn’t have much luck with the other dogs, but I do think I might try it with Luke, and I love that they make cuter colors now!
He looks great in red. Ya’ know what though – he’d look REALLY cute in pink! Is he secure enough in his manhood to pull off a pink sweatshirt??
I think he is secure enough, and I think it would look cute too! But it took me long enough to convince my hubby to let Luke wear clothing….if I put something pink on him that would put an end to that! LOL
Blue is one of the colors dogs can actually see, so blue.
I didn’t know that, but that makes perfect sense then!
Blue!
The Momz agrees!
I love the blue – I think it makes Luke look “hot!” – #justsaying
I love it!! And Luke says “thank you” as well!
love the blue do they make any for cats have siamese loves to walk on leash sometimes a little to cold would love one of these thanks for sharing
There wasn’t any where I got these. I don’t know, do they make coats or sweaters for cats? I can’t see mine letting me put one on them….but if yours is already used to a harness, they might not mind!
Another vote for blue! It looks great with his real coat colors.
I think so too!
Well of course they all look fabtastic! But I do like the blue though 🙂
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
I’m thinking almost any color would go on a black and white dog, right? 🙂 I lean towards the blue as well.
I like the green its very masculine! The blue is nice too but I think of red for girls because its my best color! Love Dolly
You are right about the green being masculine. I’d never really thought of red as more of a girl’s color….I guess it’s one of those that looks good on either sex! Cricket looked really good in a red sweater once, but she doesn’t really care to wear anything.
We think they are all perfect but our favorite is the blue!
Thanks! I think the blue is my favorite too.
Love the green 🙂 Very cool sweaters!
Thanks! The blue one is now gone…he decided he needed to chew on that.
I think he looks good in all of them! My personal favorites with his coloring are the red and blue ones. 🙂
Those are my favorites too. I’ve been getting collars for him with both of those colors, and really like them.
blue is great… or try purple, that’s color of the kings :o)
Yes, we’ll have to think about that one, Easy! Luke likes that idea!
I like the (royal) blue on him.
I thought I liked red best on him, but seeing these together, I really lean towards that blue as well!
I can’t believe he gets so cold as he looks to have the same coat type as the Beagle? Interesting.
Actually, Luke’s coat is much thinner than Cricket’s, especially underneath. You can see his pink skin when he’s out in the cold and he’s wet, and you don’t see that on Cricket.
