It’s hard to believe the chicks are already just over 3 weeks old; they are growing like little weeds!
“Look at me – I can drink out of the big girls’ drinker!!”
However, we still like to mostly stick close to our Mama. ♥
By the way, our incubator is full of eggs, we’re trying again! In less than two weeks, we may have even more new additions!
We are happy to be joining our friends at Comedy Plus for the Wordless Wednesday blog hop. Please visit them and other blogs through the links below!
We passed a home with free roaming chickens in their yard and I thought of you today. I need to find fresh eggs for sale locally.
Yes, you definitely should! 🙂
You have such beautiful feathers for being so young!
It’s amazing how quickly their feathers come in and we start seeing the colors. Yet it seems to change quite quickly too! The two brown ones are starting to look more and more like each other.
They sure are sprouting up fast… but close to mama is the best place in the world. She’ll keep you under her wing.
She’s good like that for sure! ♥
I think you really have done the mixed breeding now-that little one in the front looks like an eagle, a Bald eagle!!!! Doesn’t it??!! Haha, but with that white head and the coloring on it’s body? I say yes, it does!! They are all so cute anyway!
Yes, Lynn, I have said the same thing!!!
Wow! They don’t look like chicks anymore!
It’s amazing how quickly they start showing their colors, and are no longer little fluff balls!
Aaawwww….It’s amazing how fast they grow!!
Such cuties! They’ve doubled in size already.
They definitely have!
Wow, they really HAVE grown. How exciting, potential new babies to join the gang!
Fingers crossed!!
Oh My!! They really ARE growing like weeds!! Hope the incubator hatching goes well this time!!!
Thank you, we hope so too!
They go grow like weeds. So cute. In no time they will be full grown.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Smooches to my favorite pup. ♥
But of course!! ♥
They do grow up fast.
They do grow up fast. Hope you have better luck hatching little ones this time!
We hope so too! We never really figured out what went wrong last time, but decided to take the plunge again anyway!
When we had chickens it always amazed me that you could almost see the difference in their size every day.
It’s true! It’s amazing how fast they grow!
Now that is Awww-worthy!
We sure hope you’ll have success with this next ‘brood’.
Thank you!!
